Milton Keynes will once again become the home of world darts as the Premier League returns to the Marshall Arena to see out the remaining seasons on the Premier League season.

From the 25th to the 30th on August there will be six nights of action, including the ever important judgement night as ten players are whittled down to nine before we enter phase two.

We will also see Premier League returns for Jeffrey de Zwaan and Chris Dobey in the role of challengers, whilst Jermaine Wattimena will make his debut. Both de Zwaan and ‘Machine Gun’ were due to play at the Ahoy Arena before the event was placed behind closed doors.

Following a four day break, action will return to MK as the second phase is played out behind closed doors, with the play-offs currently still planned for the O2, but unconfirmed as yet.

PDC Chief Executive Matt Porter told the PDC website: We have continued to work with all relevant parties in recent weeks in a bid to stage these four Unibet Premier League nights with a crowd," said PDC Chief Executive Matt Porter.

As we are still not able to guarantee this and bearing in mind the need to provide clarity for fans with tickets to these events, we will now be staging a further four nights behind closed doors in Milton Keynes.”

We are continuing to work with The O2 in a bid to end the season in style with the Play-Offs in front of a live crowd on Thursday October 22 if practicable, with the option of adding a further night in September in Milton Keynes available should this not be possible."
